The original idea was a few weeks ago that we would stay in the vineyard, and there speak of agro-ecology and organic wine etc. (in theory) and then we would bring the practice and would teach them to prune vines.
But it balks at the time - it rained all night the rain continued Friday and Saturday, the day of the visit.
So we went to the cellar!

were there about 4 hours, explaining all about how wine is made, and answering their many questions, and made us very good questions (ie very difficult to answer!).

Anyway, I had a great time, and said they would return for the harvest in September.
